The article considers the recent decision of His Honour Judge Farquhar in AP v TP (Pension Enforcement) [2025] EWFC 190 where Sophie Kay represented the Applicant Husband.

The court exercised the Thwaite jurisdiction on the Husband’s application, setting aside a Pension Sharing Order following serial non-engagement by the Respondent Wife.
