Celebrating diversity and achievement in law

The shortlist, announced by Women & Diversity in Law, highlights 170 individuals who are committed to making the UK legal profession more inclusive. Srishti’s recognition is a testament to her dedication and impact within the legal community.

A competitive field

This year, the awards received nearly 350 entries across 32 categories. The shortlist features 82 law firms and chambers, ranging from international powerhouses to boutique practices. Twenty-seven businesses and over a dozen not-for-profit organisations are also represented.

A night of recognition ahead

The awards ceremony will take place on 28 April at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square. Hosted by The Global Legal Post, the event will honour women leaders, practitioners, legal teams, and organisations driving positive change in law. The full shortlist is available here.
