Developing expertise at Coram Chambers
Both Katharine and Mariella have built strong foundations throughout their first six months with us. Under the guidance of experienced pupil supervisors (Victoria Roberts, Caroline Croft, Sophie Hill and Eleanor Bruce), they have developed their advocacy skills and legal knowledge in public and private children law, family law act injunctions, court of protection, financial remedies and TOLATA.
Broad experience in family law matters
Katharine and Mariella are ready to accept instructions from solicitors in all areas of family law. As well as having undertaken comprehensive training, shadowing and assessments across their first six months in chambers, both came into Pupillage with significant prior paralegal experience at specialist family law firms. They are well prepared to handle challenging and sensitive issues.
