Alex Laing is featured in LexisPSL this month. His article is titled “No exceptions to the ongoing involvement of the judge who hears the FDR (Shokrollah-Babaee v Shokrollah-Babaee)”.
His article analyses the background of Shokrollah-Babaee v Shokrollah-Babaee, the court’s decision, and three practical implications stemming from it.
