High Court overturned a decision that a mother be permitted to spend time with her daughter, following a pattern of found-to-be fabricated allegations made against the father
A High Court judge has ruled that, following a mother making what-were-found-to-be false sexual abuse allegations against a father, leading to intimate examinations of the child, the first instance decision to permit the mother to spend time with the child in a heavily supervised setting must be overturned.
Alex Laing represented the mother in the case.
The case was also reported in the Metro and the Daily Mail.
