Coram Chambers is delighted to announce the launch of our International Children Law newsletter. This newsletter will be published quarterly and provide updates on recent case law decisions and articles relevant in this practice area. The next edition will be published in January 2020.
The first edition, available now and readable with the link below, highlights Coram’s work on the UK Supreme Court case: In the Matter of NY (A Child). It also looks at extradition in the family law context, forced marriage falling within Article 3 ECHR, cases in which assistance is sought from authorities abroad, and a psychological take on the practicalities of relocation.
We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to Coram Chambers’ inaugural International Children Law Conference. This event will take place on 6 November 2019 at The Clubhouse in Holborn. Early bird tickets are £50 + VAT until 1 October. Thereafter the tickets will be £60 + VAT, so don’t delay – get them today! Programme and ticket booking information is here.
We hope you will find the newsletter informative and relevant to your international children law practice. We look forward to hearing your views and about any topics that you would like to see covered in future editions at the conference.
