Coram Chambers is excited to kick off a series of weekly live discussions via Zoom around topical family law issues.
In this part of the series, join Anarkali Musgrave and Sophie Hill as they discuss the common themes in parental alienation cases and offer advice on how to run these high conflict cases successfully. This webinar will look at the role of solicitors on both sides of the litigation and offer advice on how best to run these cases. The speakers will also examine the case of Re S (Parental Alienation: cult) and how this has helped our understanding of what Parental Alienation is and how the Courts should manage it.
This webinar is aimed at solicitors and barristers with a private family law.
As with our previous online events, attendance is free but we ask that participants make a £10 donation via our Just Giving page for the National Emergencies Trust Corona Virus Appeal.
Grab a coffee and get ready for another great session with the Coram team!
DATE: Friday 15 May
TIME: 11:00am
The recording of this webinar will be posted here after the event.
