Our dedicated team of family law barristers are readily available to assist with your legal queries and cases. You can see our Direct Access team below.
Coram Chambers barristers can advise you and your former partner if you cannot agree financial matters such as the division of assets, whether to sell your home, maintenance payments, or pension sharing during or after a divorce. In such cases you can apply to the court for a financial order. You may need to attend a number of hearings but our direct access barristers can represent you at these hearings.
To instruct a direct access barrister, contact us via the details below. Once you contact us via telephone or email, we promise a 30 minute response time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:30pm.
Once you speak with a member of our clerking team, your details will be passed to our team of direct access barristers. One of the options we offer clients is a free 15 minute telephone consultation with the barrister of their choice. This allows the client and the barrister to learn more about the situation and services required, free of charge.
Our family barristers are focused on client care, and take the extra time needed to keep clients informed of the court process. Our Chambers are regularly ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, two highly prestigious legal directories, and our firm was awarded “Leading Set” by the Legal 500.
