We are pleased to announce that Coram has been awarded a Certificate of Recognition for Wellbeing at the Bar by the Bar Council.
Our approach to developing a wellbeing policy has been included as a case study in the programme, in efforts to help others incorporate wellbeing initiatives into their offices.
The new wellbeing policy helps reiterate and develop Coram’s key principles for existing, new and future members and acts to preserve the necessary balance between a focus on quality work and a focus on those other aspects of life that make such quality work possible.
We believe a successful chambers is one that enables each of its members to have, as far as possible, the practice they want, and staff to have the most positive and productive experience at work as possible.
