regularly recruit established practitioners at every level, including the most
senior. Factors that cause people to apply to us include the stability that we
can offer, the excellent clerking and that we are a busy set. Our size means
that we are in the fortunate position that we would never have to turn away an
applicant of outstanding ability merely because of pressures of space.
