Clerking and Administration
Coram Chambers has a clerking and administration team which has always enjoyed a reputation for combining its wealth of knowledge with a friendly, efficient service and an always positive attitude. The team is lead by Senior Clerk, Paul ‘Sammy’ Sampson and Chambers’ Business Manager, Chris Bean.
Sammy joined chambers in 1985 and was appointed to his present position in 1995. He is assisted by First Junior Clerk, George Mo, who joined in 1990 and a highly motivated team of junior clerks and fees clerks who together provide excellent support to our members.
Chris has over 15 years’ experience in marketing, business development and management of professional service firms and combines this with a proactive, ‘can-do’ approach. Chris is ably assisted by Gillian Maguire who has a wealth of experience in the legal field working for both solicitors and barristers alike.
The clerks’ room is staffed from 8.30am – 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. In the event of an emergency arising out of these hours, please contact Sammy on 07973 620618 for assistance.
