Private Law

Susan has a particular interest in intractable disputes over residence and/or contact in which the child is separately represented.

Public Law

Susan is experienced in representing parents and children at all stages of care and adoption proceedings, including 1st interim care applications, applications for a 38(6) direction, and applications for the discharge of a care order.
