These included submissions in a group action concerning the inability of parents to sue public authorities for the wrongfully negligent mis-diagnosis of their children as having suffered non-accidental injury.
Maryam has spoken on the right of prisoners to see their families under the ECHR and has contributed to a handbook for prisoners' families published in 2006 by the European Committee for the Children of Prisoners.
