Prior to joining Coram as a pupil in 2008, Lucinda worked as a paralegal for the then head of the Children Law department at Fisher Meredith Solicitors LLP gaining hand on experience with complex public and private child law proceedings.
Lucinda continues to act in both areas of Child Law and has represented the Local Authority, Parents and the Guardian in a wide – range of, often highly contested, matters.
Having previously worked directly with offenders within the Probation Service and assisted litigants-in-person at the Personal Support Unit (at the RCJ and PRFD), Lucinda is skilled at representing vulnerable or challenging clients, particularly those who may have mental health problems, learning difficulties or a history of having committed violent and/or sexual offences.
