Family Law
Over the years Jackie Marks has developed a strong practice in family law. This has encompassed most areas including ancillary relief; children both public and private; adoption; divorce and injunctions.
Jackie has represented Local Authorities, parents and Guardians in care proceedings and this broad range of experience gives her an ability to see the strengths and weaknesses of a case and to have a complete perspective of the issues.
Matrimonial finance
Approximately fifty percent of Jackie’s professional practice is engaged in matrimonial finance where she demonstrates sound commercial judgment. She has experience of a diverse range of cases including those where the assets have significant value and those cases where the asset base needs to be stretched to meet the needs of the parties.
Jackie’s manner is approachable and she has the ability to develop good working relationships with both her lay and professional clients. She is able to inspire confidence in her clients by her professional and thorough approach.
