Children

Georgia Mitropoulos practises exclusively in family law.  She specialises in child care law, advising and representing parents and guardians in both public and private law Children Act proceedings at all levels of court, and has a particular interest in ensuring that the voice of the child is heard.  Her practice also extends to applications and committals under Part IV of the Family Law Act 1996. Her background in criminal law makes her particularly effective in contested cases.
