Mediation Fees
Guideline rates for mediation at Coram Mediation
Specific rates will be agreed case by case but the following is a guide to the typical range of fees charged based on the booked duration of the mediation. Claim value is based on the approximate value of the dispute or the assets in issue.
Rate per party per day:

Disputes £15,000 and under £350-£500
Disputes £15,000-£50,000 £500-£850
Disputes £50,000-£150,000 £850-£1500
Disputes £150,000-£300,000 £1500-£1650
Disputes £300,000-£700,000 £1650-£1800
Disputes £700,000-£1m £1800-£2000
Disputes £1m-£5m £2000-£2250
Disputes £5m+ £2250-£2500
Children disputes: £90-£150per party per hour with minimum booking 4hrs (half a day).
All rates subject to addition of VAT at 20% .
Day Rates include: up to 3 hours preparation, and time in mediation from 9.30am-5.30pm. Thereafter by agreement at an agreed hourly rate. Half day bookings include 1.5hrs preparation time and mediation for up to 4 hours, thereafter at an agreed hourly rate based on the table above.
Facilities typically included in bookings subject to availability: use of one plenary room plus one private room in our mediation suite per participant group (eg 3 rooms for a 2 party mediation). Flip charts, pens pencils paper etc. are supplied. Rates include refreshments. Multi-mediator sessions for complex disputes can be arranged on request.
