Coram Mediation

Coram Mediation

In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity.” – Albert Einstein

Mediation is a wholly consensual process which aims to help the parties to a dispute – whether or not the courts are involved – to find their own solutions to issues. Our aim is to provide a high quality, professional and absolutely confidential forum for the resolution of disputes of all sorts by mediation in non-judgmental surroundings where parties can feel able to speak without concern that they will harm their position if settlement proves impossible.

About us

Coram Mediation was created as Coram Chambers’ response to the demand for mediation in disputes of all kinds. We abide by the European Code of Conduct for Mediators and by Coram Chambers Equality and Diversity Policy.

Coram Mediation consists of barrister mediators all of whom have undertaking training satisfying the requirements for entry onto the list of barrister mediators at the Bar Council.

Members of the team have a wide range of experience spanning both civil and family disputes and in several instances members also sit as part time members of the judiciary.
