Ancillary Relief and Children

Tim offers advocacy and advisory expertise in all areas of family law.  He has broad experience of applications for financial provision on divorce and separation including the enforcement of orders.  He is also instructed on Children Act Schedule 1 applications, Inheritance (PFD) Act claims and contested probate cases. 

Tim is similarly experienced in cases concerning children.  In the public law arena, he is instructed by local authorities and parents in complex non-accidental injury cases, cases involving allegations of sexual abuse and adoption applications.  In private law and child abduction cases, he acts for parents and for NYAS.
