Sarah Phillimore undertakes all aspects of family work including cohabitation claims and applications under TOLATA 1996. 

Sarah has a particular interest in family cases involving aspects of immigration and asylum law and from 1999 to 2003 represented clients in asylum and human rights applications against the Home Office.
