Children and Ancillary Relief

Kate Purkiss practises exclusively in family law, advising and representing local authorities and private individuals. She acts in both public and private law Children Act proceedings including cases involving allegations of sexual, physical and emotional abuse and mental health problems. Her practice also includes Adoption Act proceedings; divorce and financial provision including ancillary relief, cohabitation disputes and financial provision for children; and applications for injunctions and committals under Part IV of the Family Law Act 1996.
