Children and Ancillary Relief

Frances Orchover’s background is in criminal defence law but she has for some time practised exclusively in family law. Her practice encompasses public and private law Children Act proceedings, adoption, abduction, domestic violence, divorce, ancillary relief and cohabitation disputes. She acts mainly for parents and children but also local authorities and CAFCASS.

Frances is a former volunteer at the Terence Higgins Trust and has a special interest in and knowledge of HIV/Aids related cases.

She is a former lecturer for Liberty on the implications of the Criminal Justice Act 1994
