Children and Ancillary Relief

David Vavrecka’s practice covers all areas of the law relating to the family, mental health and social services. He has experience at all levels of tribunal and court throughout England and Wales.

David’s family practice includes not only all aspects of divorce and ancillary relief but also public and private law Children Act proceedings, adoption cases and emergency applications including injunctions and committals under Part IV of the Family Law Act 1996.

David was a contributor to the mental health seminars held by MDAC (Mental Disability Advocacy Centre) in the Czech Republic in 2002 and is also a contributor to Butterworth’s Older Client Law Service and Sweet & Maxwell’s Human Rights Practice. He participates in the Royal College of Medicine’s expert witness training courses and is a regular contributor to the Einstein Legal Network Television and the College of Law’s Legal Network Television training programmes.
