Anne Spratling’s background is as a teacher. She has specialised in family law since being called in 1980 and has very considerable experience in both public and private law Children Act proceedings and adoption. She represents parents, carers, local authorities and children both with and without guardians. She has extensive experience of cases involving mental illness, implacable hostility / alienation and allegations of sexual, physical and emotional abuse.

APPOINTMENTS
  Anne sits as Chair of  the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Tribunal.
