Children and Ancillary Relief

Alison Easton practises exclusively in family law including public and private law Children Act proceedings. A substantial part of her practice is within the field of ancillary relief, both advising in connection with the negotiation of settlements and appearing on contested applications. She also advises and appears in contested applications relating to Inheritance Act claims and s14 of the Trust of Land, etc Act applications.
